this laptop is being gifted by the up government.The splash screen of this laptop is too ugly so i want to change it .please help me i had tried almost everything but didn't got any success.

kya aap apne rom file ko restore kar sakte hai please mujhe batye
aur mujhe ye bhi bataye ki apne rom backup kaise banaya
to sayad mai GOVERNMENT SPLASH screen htane me apki HELP kar sakta hun
