ACER ASPIRE E1-510-4569 BIOS Recovery

I received a laptop from a family member with the caveat if you can fix it you can have it. 

Based on all the digging i could do in this forum it seems i need to recover the BIOS. I followed all the steps in all the posts i could find but i can't seem to get the correct filename to recover the BIOS. I searched Andy's tool (not exactly where i am supposed to look to be honest) and did not find any ".fd" file names.

Any help getting the recovery filename or general guidance in general will be appreciated. 

I am able to fn+esc and the power and hdd light go solid and the fan goes to max speed, but nothing happens, so i am assuming my filename is incorrect. I have tried BIOS.fd, V1v_X64_8M.fd  and Z5WE32x64.fd.

Not V1v_X64_8M.fd but V1v_X64_8M.ROM.

No luck... Looks like I am SOL unless anyone else has some insight.
