I added nvme boot support modules in the 1.80 version of UEFI
It working well on my home computer.  Now I boot Win7x64 directly from Intel 760p via chinese pcie4X to m.2 adapter.

Hi, what needs to be configured in the UEFI for nvme to work?
I installed your firmware, what next?

There's no need to configure something.
Simply install the new OS in UEFI mode from a USB drive.
The only recommendation is to disable SATA devices during installation to prevent the boot partition from being installed on the SATA device.
