I would like to have it removed.
What tool should I use to take a bios dump so I can upload?

Hi, I've been trying to change the BIOS on the Lenovo ThinkPad P14s 3rd Gen 14 AMD (21J6) laptop for a couple of days now in order to remove the wwan whitelist, and I don't get it. I took a dump, found the block responsible for the whitelist, but the software that I have refuses to patch it.
(working dump unchanged) 
I searched for the desired block in Total Commander by error code 1802, having previously passed the dump through phoenixtool. Then I wanted to use EzH20, but it refused to work.
I ask for help or advice. Thank.
