Ami Bios/Uefi Notebook "Medion E15302" Recovery Help

Hello users, are people still reading this? I have a problem with a problematic AMI BIOS on a Medion laptop. There is no ROM file in the BIOS download. However, there are many files f_bios.NSH ... and the 8 MB BIN file. This should be the BIOS?

“AP618_MED_V0.13.4"_M00P1T0G0_20200909.bin " Rename this file to AMIBOOT.ROM?

Should all files from the download file be included in the stick?
 Is it possible to format the stick only in FAT 32 or to make it bootable with a software ?

 It is a Medion E15302 laptop. I have not been able to boot it successfully via USB.

The laptop starts, the USB lights up, nothing happens. There was a flash crash in Windows and the bios is the correct one that worked before.
Only a black screen and the fan is running. I pressed the Crtl & Home buttons and nothing happened. Is there anyone who knows what to do. 

Or a software that can be used to reload the bios via USB? I am very grateful for help
