Sony Vaio Turbo Boost CPU Issue.

Hi guys, I upgraded my Sony Vaio SVE17 from an i3 3210M to an i7 3612QM, and I noticed that Turbo Boost is disabled, so my CPU is stuck at 2.1 GHz.
As far as I know, Sony disables Turbo Boost technology via BIOS, and it's not possible to enable it unless with a modded BIOS.
Can somebody help me with this?
BIOS version is R0160D6.

Go to BIOS and do Load Defaults, save and reboot.
Make a screenshot of ThrottleStop with running TS Bench.
