[Request] ASRock ION 3D-HT 1.4

Hi there,

I would like to request the whitelist removal for the 1.40 bios of ASRock ION 3D.

- Bios download link from manufacturer site.

- PCI ID of the Wifi/WWAN card that originally came with the laptop.

- If the bios is RSA signed an acknowledge to be aware of the risks and an acceptance of them. Also note that many times is needed remove HPTOOLS partition before flashing the mod.

I'm aware of the risks.

- Please add in the title the downloadable file name like spxxxxx for hp bios, 3CN81WET for ibm/lenovos, etc etc so it's easier to locate files because many different models share same bios.
