Looking good so far. RWEverything reports SLIC table now (which it did'nt report before flashing).
Will install OS later and report if activation works.

Activation success after installing the certificate manually.
I had read somewhere that the OS installs it automatically during installation when OEM BIOS is detected. That did'nt happen, it had to be done manually. Was that the correct method?

Completely correct.
Windows is activated automatically if you install the ASUS OEM-windows.
