[REQUEST] Unlocked Enova R5 laptop aptio v bios help

Hi I have this laptop and the bios menu is extremely locked down (aptioV), i'd be more than thankful if someone with enough experience can mod the bios for me, I have a dump made with AfuWin64 idk if that's enough or you guys need something else
leaving an image of the rom dumped with afuwin, i have no programmer and the support website of this POS doesn't even give out drivers, let alone the bios binary. Here are my bios dump from afuuefix64 and the ifr output txt

also when trying to flash with either afuwin64 or afuefi64 (can't use afudos since this thing is so locked out that CSM is disabled and there's no way to enable it in the bios) i get error 18 secure flash device, can't use recovery mode as it rejects the rom
