I need your help,

I have notebook ASUS K55A , how to disable EFI option there? i search but there is no choice for disable. i have troubles in my windows. i did not know how it enabled. i did windows clean installation and after i have strange partition too.

Please help me. thanks in advanced.

to be clear, i am trying to OC if possible. it has ivy bridge, ive read that this is good for OCing.

i have seen the SLIC thing, but I dont know what this is ...dont think this is for OC though.

I'm new here so please be patient with me! I'm trying to unlock my UEFI/BIOS on my Asus K55A-MX1-H-Red... I have tried flashing a BIOS MOD, with upgraded EFI GOP Drivers as well as Intel RST OROM even though my laptop doesn't support or have a RAID function... as far as I can tell... Asus WinFlash shows my modded BIOS as Invalid BIOS File... I assume because the BIOS is locked... Is this the right place to request an unlocked BIOS??? I hope so!!! If so... What do you need from me??? my Bios is AMI UEFI and I have the latest BIOS update v407 from Asus site... As well as MMTool... Thx in advance for any and all assistance...

I want to undervolt my CPU and to do this my BIOS must be unlocked. I currently have AMI Bios Version K55A.407 from 12/25/2012. Thanks in advance to anyone that might help me out.

I need help unlocking my laptop bios. I want to overclock a little and eventually add an external GPU.
Anyhow I would like all the options in the bios to make the system optimal.

Hey, you still need it unlocked, I can help. I currently have an external gpu (gtx 1050), and have unlocked my bios for that. I have the same laptop.
