[REQUEST] Toshiba Satellite Pro C50-A (PSCG7x) BIOS Unlock

Laptop:
Toshiba Satellite Pro c50-A-1e0
5-ish year old laptop designed to pack a little bit more performance than sub £200 pound laptops that were available of the same time.
Laptop came with few varients that were more or less identical.
Mine c50-A-1e0, has a celeron 1005m cpu.

BIOS:
InsydeH20 rev 3.7
EC-BIOS? - 1.40 (Not quite sure) :/
SM-BIOS - 1.00

What would I like?
Everything unlocked, i will be getting a new computer at the end of the summer so I want my laptop to go out with a bang (Not literally).
I would like to be able to control stuff like voltage, cpu clock, and unlock the intel hd 2500 (ivy bridge gt1) gpu boost clock to 1.1Ghz cause intel capped it on the celeron 1005m where as on the c50-A-1e1 (with a pentium 2020m) the gpu can reach these speeds. I would also like the video-bios updated to 2170 aswell being currently at version 2132. And anything else you can think of.

2170 VBIOS: https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B2IDzA...jFRTGdyOGM couldn't find the vbios for 2132 anywhere, but i would like to update to this.

Im sorry for spelling Mistakes as English ist not my native Language.

I need a full Unlock for my BIOS, or at least the posibillity to change shared Ram Settings.
I have 16 GB installed with Dualboot for 32 and 64 Bit Windows (32Bit for 1980-2010/DOS Games, 64 Bit for Astro Prgramms).
What i need is a Setting to change how much ram is used by Intel HD Graphics Cards to optain more RAM for the 32 Bit version as currently i can use only 2.64GB. PAE gives me a BSOD as the intel HD Drivers are [censored] Programmed.

Is it Possibile to code the bios to use RAM Slot 1 for PC and RAM Slot 2 for Graphics?
