white list removal request toshiba satellite l750-a102
#11
I will try ur method but first i think i got my power supply setup wrong, i didnt get any manuals so dont laugh(too much). Anywayz i saw on utube that when whitelisting problems appear the beast would have a blue led on. In my case im getting a red led on and its near the power connecting b/w the beast and my vga. After some search it turns out only 220wattts can pass through the beast while im giving it 500w soooooooo yes.
im gona buy a power supply to better distribute the power and then ill come back here.
Thank u for ur help and we shall continue in a week or so!!!!

I try this method on chainload screen the pc shuts down. Have a 220 watt power adapter by the way and get the red light like you. If you get any solution please let us know.
I will be very thankful

ok to get it to work.
1.swap wifi card with egpu while on the chainload menu.
2.configure settings in egpu menu
3.reboot
4.once back in chainload menu use startup.bat option.
5.profit! Big Grin . if not then change chainload settings in egpu menu and try again
for any other problems use F1 help
OK, let me update u of what i did....
First of all i got rid of the gdc beast it had a power issue, i bought a pe4c v3 from amazon and it worked. The laptop detected the vga (gtx 970) and installed driver then restarted. then error code 12 appeared... something about not enough resources... can u help me ??

here are some fixes you can try.
1. Update 3-14-2012) A DSDT override extending the root bridge into 36-bit can allow ALL systems with a 64-bit CPU and chipset (anything after 2007) to be eGPU compatible when used with Windows 7 and the latest iGPU/dGPU/eGPU drivers with up to 48GB of RAM installed.
2. Use Win8.x (WDM 1.2) that allows the primary video device to be disabled, freeing up resources for the eGPU to use.
3. Use Win7 to do a PCI relocation as described.
4. Use eGPU Setup 1.30 PCI Compaction.
5. [XP or Win7_with_XP_drivers] - disable onboard graphics using eGPU Setup 1.30
6. install only 2.5GB/3GB of RAM, freeing 256MB of PCI Resource space.
