need help as rock beebox bios reflash spi

Hello
My beebox is in bootloop since it flashed a new bios 2.20 .display stays black. i removed battery and clear cmos but still bootlooop.
I have here a fully spi programmer with the software
but i dont know if i can flash the extracted bios from the website. Its a .30 file ....not bin or somewhat

Bios is this:

can someone help me to prepare the file to flash this file with the spi programmer...

First, dump your current BIOS before you write anything, and make sure it's verified and valid (Opens in BIOS tools, looks similar to stock BIOS).
This is done for two reasons, one to make sure you get a copy of any system specific details and their location if possible (Serial, UUID, LAN MAC ID etc), and two it helps you find what version of the software and what chip ID to use if other than exact (Sometimes exact not best)

For the stock BIOS rename .30 to .bin, it's same. Please do the backups as mentioned, and check them or have someone else check before you write to the chip, or you will have a lot more hassle later trying to get your board details back in BIOS.

first of all ,thank you for your help
i have here the ChA software.....the problem is .....chips and Main buffer are in disagreement.
the point .30 bios seems to be a packed format.i have to attempt unpacking the .30 bios with universal extractor,winrar and uefi tool
error.....no success!!!
the size of the .30 bios is the problem
asus provides the bios in winfash under windows,flash for dos and instant flash under uefi
what version are the right for direct flashing with my CHA341

Chip and main in disagreement either means you are using wrong software version for your system/chip, or have it connected incorrectly.

Please do not write yet, as I mentioned, you can't even backup, so write will fail too and you'll loose the system details I mentioned! Please slow down, unless you don't care about your serial and UUID, windows activation possibly, and LAN MAC ID (Ethernet)

I told you I checked already, the stock BIOS is not packed or anything, simply rename to .bin, it's already a .bin BIOS with .30 extension.
Asus has nothing to do with this, this is Asrock. You want instant flash BIOS, rom, the exact one you linked above, I already downloaded and checked it before I answered you. Extract from zip first of course, but then APLNUC1.30 = APLNUC1.bin = same/same << Simply rename .bin extension. If you cannot see the .bin extension in windows explorer, you need to edit folder options and enable file extensions so you can see that to rename it.

You will not be able to write and verify, until you can backup first and verify, well you should figure it out first anyway using backup not write. You need to find correct version of the software to use with your CHIP ID, and maybe correct chip ID to use, sometimes exact one does not work. Please tell me your exact chip ID and I will tell you if it's one I know you need to use other ID for, or what version software I know works with it etc.
