I really appreciate your time and expertise.

It says every (BMC, BIOS, ME, FRUSDR) updated and completed.  Remove Flash drive and press front button.

I power off, then I power on then it freeze.

then it went back to 02.06.0006

Also, I tried  AFUDOS and AFUWINx64 and both have the same error 46

Do I have to change any jumper setting on motherboard?   Here is the instruction page.

Should I  try again using this instructions?

https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/...stems.html

I am confuse with Step #5:
"In order to downgrade the version R01.01.0020, we can do it by version, which means that we need to downgrade to version R01.01.0024, then to version R01.01.0022, then to version R01.01.0021, and finally to the needed one R01.01.0020."

Does it mean I have to downgrade one version at a time ?
or can I jump from 02.06.0006 to 01.08.0003  right away?

Try it.
Your first task to do it yourself - the installation 01.08.03. At least BIOS & ME.

You need ME Firmware Force Update ModeEnabled

Second task - selection of a suitable tool for read & write BIOS.
Download SPS FPT 1.2.24.3.
Run spsFPT in DOS:
spsFPT -bios -d bios.rom
or in Windows:
spsFPTW64 -bios -d bios.rom

First Task:

My BIOS is now downgraded to 01.08.0003 and ME 02.01.07.112
My BMC and FRUSDR is still latest

2nd Task:
Sps_FPT utility both read my bios in DOS and Windows
But BIOS from DOS didn't write (0 KB size), maybe USB 2.0 or flash drive issue.

Here is BIOS Dump from Windows
I hope zip file is okay.  The site won't allow me to attach ROM attachment that size.

OK.
Now test writing back result file by spsFPT in DOS:
spsFPT -bios -f bios.rom
or in Windows:
spsFPTW64 -bios -f bios.rom

And test your ES Xeon with this version of BIOS.

It didn't allow me flash back the bios.rom I got earlier.

Here is the error on Windows and DOS.

The xeon ES gives fatal error. Amber solid light on board status LED.  It just stuck on the first AMI Version screen.
