Asus h61m-d & xeon e3-1265l v2

Hello, I have an Asus h61m-d rev 1.01 motherboard. I bought an e3-1265l v2 processor to upgrade my processor, but the screen remains on a black screen. Can i solve this by adding microcode to the bios?

Current bios: H61M-D BIOS 0502
Current cpu: g2020

i tried with an graphics card and it gives a black screen. After trying many things, the computer started only when i inserted the RAM into the second slot. But my problem not is not completely solved. How can i use 1st slot?
