Lenovo Ideapad S205 SLIC 2.1 Request
#1
Hey,

i need a Bios Mod with SLIC 2.1 for my Lenovo Ideapad S205. I already asked for it in a German Forum (see here: non-functional Bios Mod SLIC 2.1 for Lenovo Ideapad S205) but nobody seems to be able to properly mod this specific BIOS with a SLIC 2.1. So i am looking for help here:

- Motherboard Manufacturer: Lenovo
- Model: IdeaPad S205
- Bios Revision: 4BCN24WW
- Bios Type: Phoenix
- Bios(Wunsch)SLIC : Lenovo 2.1
- Bios Link: 4BCN24WW.exe (sorry, wasn't able to extract the BIOS-File from the .exe)
- RWEverything Report: RW Everything Report

Thanks in advance! Smile

Thanks Mate,

unfortunately i get this when i check the BIOS with SLIC Dump Toolkit:

Additionally, if i click on "Open Ext. Cert" an error occurs stating "No SLIC File!"

Ok I always include three folders in all my slic mods. the first one is the bios rom which you flash the board with. The second is the Cert file which you copy to the root of your C:\ drive. and the last folder has the bat file that you right-click and run-as admin. that said if things didn't go smoothly you should have been prompted when you ran the bat file. please copy the cert file to your C:\ drive and then run the bat file as admin.

Yeah, i get that. I installed the cert and key manually via slmgr.vbs -ilc and so on, You know what i am talking about. That should be equivalent to using Your bat-file, right? And still there is no SLIC Table included in the BIOS file i flashed my mainboard with.... any other suggestions?

Greetings
