I would upgrade the cpu from i3 330M to i7 720QM

sorry for my bud english language...so, i found how can open this bios: MMTool 4.5 (from Asus), but i don't know how can open same option bios. or upgrade microcode cpu or hack vga.. if there is some one to help me, or same istruction to learn to mod this bios, thank's.
