3rd gen support for XPS L702X

i would like support for ivy bridge (specifically the i7-3940xm) on my laptop, is this possible?
i have a socketed cpu so i know it would fit.

Your laptop is based on HM67 chipset without support Ivy Bridge.
There is no simple way to add this support.
