please note that all unlocked option will appear to you but , only the options supported with your notebook hardware will work and the others will be useless.
also , i don`t knew if your notebook contains 2 graphics cards or not. but , i knew alot of note books contains integrated one for the windows and mxm for gaming and other applications as you said .
and i think you should disable the intel integrated one and set the default to the mxm as it gives you more performance , but i don`t knew what options change for that.
