Hello guys,
I flashed a wrong bios on my acer aspire m5711. Now when i start the computer its just repeatedly beeping with black screen and nothing happens. I connected a floppy disk drive to my mainboard with the actual bios version on it, renamed to amiboot.rom, (because its an ami bios). Now, when he is reading from the fdd its always beeping 5x then a break and then 1x beep. The bios archive says its a cpu error. Is there any hope left for the mainboard/cpu?
