Ethos just sended ME and Desc Regions which are embedded, the files are copy where 2048 is single ad 4096 are double !
His ME has 9.5.1.1458 version realese, but there are some problems with Descriptors they are present, but cannot be opened right !
ME has 2044 kb size, Descriptors 4 kb It's all of there (The Truth is out of there - X-Files).

Over entire Bottom chip(Ethos was right, bottom chip does contain ME and Descriptor, my bad...)

I have feeing that when I flash main BIOS chip automatically is flashed second chip as well
Because when bios file is modded straight from website that file cannot hold laptop information because it is for everybody
But when I made dump directly from chip the laptop information is there such serial uuid and model name..

BIOS contains some specific configurations. But ME and Descriptor do not, they are same for all notebooks using same BIOS. That's why...

but that was straight from web i didnt read it with programer..

Yes i did everything it flashed but when it verified it said error ( that file 4MB )
there is another file you send link but it is only 4kb ?

No sorry I realised after .. this what I sent now is dumped with fpt so i can keep serial uuid model

EDIT: I actually flashed that one u provided and all info is there? serial uuid etc. ? weird so it doesn't need dump from chip then ?

FPT Backup dumps the BIOS without needing to use external programmer, but in your case you can just DUMP and not write, that's why you needed to but the aditional tools...
I do not know why the bottom chip flash is giving error, the 4kb file is just Descriptor part of the CHIP, if you can select to write just a part of the contents of the chip, you can flash this from address 00200000 to 00200FF0
