Acer ES1-311 Bios recovery help

Hello and Greetings from Finland.

I have acer aspire es1-331-c28f which turns on but no picture. Fan spins few second then nothing(tried with external screen also). I think that could be corrupted bios error. I tried to download exe from acer's support page and put that to FAT32 usb memory stick, put usb to usb 3.0 port, pressed fn+esc then powered on, but nothing. I tried the same extratcting the bios exe(7zip), but it seems that it can't extract all the files. Any help would be appreciated.

You need extra files beside what you have downloaded form acers website.Try to read over the internet about the crisis bios recovery method .I had recovered successfuly a friends acer laptop he gave me to make a format and i tried to update the bios yet it turned balck.Have in mind that you may need to write the files in a cd rom if the usb method does not work.If nothing works but you are sure that the motherboard is not damaged by any other means,you can desolder the bios chip from the mobo and flash it in a usb flasher.
