[REQUEST] Acer TravelMate B113-E BIOS Unlock

I own an Acer Travelmate B113-E.
My laptop too, like every laptop from Acer these days, comes with 1.X BIOS for I bought it with Windows 7. Only the ones which come with W8 preinstalled are able to update to 2.X BIOSes. This is not a big deal, I have installed W8 on a MBR partitioned disk and I can do with this. I still would like to know if I can possibly update to latest version (I am on 1.09 but there is 2.09 available for w8 equipped laptops). If it is possible, I would also like to unlock hidden features (CPU-z says that my processor can support hyperthreading but it's disabled and I can't turn it on otherwise).
Can anybody provide help?

Good afternoon/morning/whenever you're reading this,

I would like to have the bios of my Travelmate unlocked (advanced menus, video memory size, etc.)
Laptop has a HM70 motherboard and is almost the same as an Aspire V5-171 (use the same bios).
I would've used the V5-171 bios if i didnt get a HTTP404 error everytime i wanted to download that file from felipejfc's website.

Below is the original 2.22 BIOS from Acer.

I've also done a FPTs backup using BDmaster's "NEW_BACKUP_FTPs.exe" tool.

InsydeH20 rev 3.7 
System bios version v1.09 

It's the first released bios for my laptop - v1.09 

I need to reduce the video memory (in Main tab) from 128mb to 64mb and have access to the hidden/advanced tab. I have been at this all day and im frustrated to say the least! Please please help!

I have also attached the bios file below - forgive my dumbness im new to this !

I've had this bricked (and others, Lenovo etc)

Obviously didn't try the dead links to someone's BIOS...

I was bricked (+short jumper) following the service manual. Aghhh BlackSOD!

Fn + Esc (from Acer ) I was on V2.22.

Went thru' HM77,70 and NM70, 3 beeps, reformat pen/card/wincris/Fat+32/3 USB ports, fan runs , yup BEEEEEEP.

20 times , found the comment "it's unlocked".. Two choices HM77 and NM70,...(the MediaFire download)

Unlocked! Thanks to those who commented on the dead links! And especially the "it's unlocked" So V2.22 > V2.17 works fine, this is the Celeron 1017u chip for those who are hitting the search bar, NB-TMB113-E-100-7, BUT B113-E and B113-M use the same Bios as well as this !

Side note :
(Given rghost is dead?) Where Would I find the bios boot and diags in order to , Boot and provide the results.rar,,?... <Disable anti-virus I guess, got blasted with "quarantine"!>

(I can't believe how much crap is on the web when I boot from a "Media Creation Disk", I just want networking not the command prompt and trace back every LCU/SSU update )

I've uploaded my BIOS dump, both 1MB and 4MB chips. my goal is to be able to boot OpenCore / Clover, not sure if there's some other locks in the bios, and which chip im supposed to flash after.
I'm using AsProgrammer.

This is on the latest bios version.
