Hello, how to install this update if my bios is corrupted?

Sorry to hash old topic. To install this bios is it same procedure as putting it on flash drive or is 8t able to be flashed straight from file.
I know alienware a14 bios update you installed file opened it and it auto shut down and flashed the bios.

What do i need to Flash this File? It's a ROM and has no EXE or somthing.

When I try to flash it 

this error show up 
Error 26: The host CPU does not have read access to the target flash area. To enable read access for this operation you must modify the descriptor settings to give host access to this region.

Did you get a14 modded. I found app for modding Ami bioses, unfortunately Dell locks somehow moded bioses. After flash it will stay the same as before.
