Asus M5A97 R2.0 Another Bios UEFI/Legacy PCI drivers?

Hello I got this motherboard ASUS M5A97 R2.0 and with r9 290 and gtx 780 never had any issue... I bought an R9 390 from a friend i took it from his PC when it was working perfect. After I put it in my computer, I turned it on and surprise.. No signal on my monitor. It was like my monitor is in standby. I tested in another PC and there works perfectly like in my friend PC. I took my money back from my friend and then bought a new GTX 1060 3GB version. After I installed it in my PC i turned it on and I have ... "signal" bios is 4:3 black bars left and right.. same in windows and everything. But after I install drivers from nvidia website the screen goes black again... And my monitor looks like it's in standby again. Someone told me that uefi bios PCI drivers and legacy drivers are bad. Can someone mod the last version with another drivers?
