You need to supply the Necessary VGA OROM/CPU Micro code if you want them Updated.
I don't own that MB so, I have NO reason or time to try and hunt them down.

Current RAID ORom in that BIOS:
VIA Raid ROM: 237SR120.ROM (Version 1.20)
Updated to VIA RAID 237R497.rom (Version 4.97)

I didn't touch the CPU Micro code or VGA.
My advice about those is get a Newer MB if you want a newer CPU and a decent Video Card.

Reflash the Original Unmodified BIOS, then post a link to the EXACT Oroms you want to upgrade to.
