Asus x401 penitum b970 too i5-3210

Hey guys I need a little help. I'm hoping this is easy as I've analyzed the bios and it has the microcode already for the processor swap and I've actually did switch them. My issue is that it will only work for 30 minutes before cutting off. It's not a power issue as the wattage is the same and stress testing along with temps are within safe parameters. I've came to the conclusion that there's something in the bios that a block against using other processors or a setting that just needs to be changed. If anyone is familiar or knows how to fix or if there's a block can help I'd appreciate it.

The laptop model is the x401a1. Bios version 206
