First of all thank you very much for your reply. I flashed the bios and already have the new one, I have only encountered a few problems. Sometimes the fan does strange things when starting that I guess that will be normal. On the other hand the main problem is that I do not recognize the keyboard and I can not enter the bios, plug an external keyboard and it worked but I should touch some settings in the bios to boot from uefi that left inserbibles usb ports so now I can not enter the bios with the external keyboard. Any solution as I fear I have left my computer unusable. Best regards.

Meanwhile, you can get back to the latest available version.

Hello.
If possible, please unlock BIOS (F.39 Rev.A https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp64501-6...p64612.exe) for HP630 (system board ID 3672) for:
- the ability to connect other WiFi modules;
- unlocking, if possible, other BIOS settings, if any.
Thank you very much!

finally after several restarts it seemed to work fine I think the key was to remove the power completely and press the power button to drain the whole circuit. The only problem I find is that the wake on lan does not work but well thank you very much for the support I hope you can release a newer version.
and rtc wake doesnt work too, i dont know why, but at least the state after g3(power supply out) select work correctly and it was one of my main functionalities that required. wake on lan and rtc wake up too but I'm not going to complain, thanks for your work I only report it for informational purposes
I have continued testing with the wake on lan, I have managed to draw the conclusion that for whatever reason when in linux you do a shutdown does not leave, but for example if you enter the bios and when you exit you turn it off if the wake on lan works and also if you cut the power supply also works if you turn it back on but when you turn off the computer for whatever reason does not.
I have continued testing everything works correctly if after "shutdown" I remove the power cord for a moment I put it back and already makes the correct wake on lan but requires that second without light to work, I think the problem is that from s5 does not work and if it does from g3 that is when there is no power on the board, although I find it strange because if I enter the bios and out I press the off button the laptop stays off and from that state also works the wake on lan, I do not know what the problem is.

Perhaps someone will come in handy. All of the following is from my own experience. Information taken from this site (mostly) and from a few others.
There is an HP630 (3672 motherboard) with the latest BIOS F.39 installed on the HP website. You need to unlock the BIOS to install other WiFi modules and unlock advanced settings in the BIOS.
1. This file did not suit me sp54697_SLIC_NWL_ADV.rar - at startup there was a message that the image was damaged or there were no signatures.
2. This file sp53673.zip suited me, installed BIOS version F.19, unlocked additional BIOS settings (a lot), identified another WiFi card installed, but later the following was discovered: after turning the WiFi laptop OFF and ON, the card is seen in the system and is normal works. But after REBOOT the WiFi laptop, the board disappears and neither the BIOS nor the system (Windows 10-64) see it.
3. This sp53673_NWL_ByCamiloml.rar file suited me, installed BIOS version F.19, did NOT unlock additional BIOS settings, recognized another WiFi board installed and there were no further problems in the laptop after turning OFF, ON and REBOOT - the WiFi board worked fine.

And you don't see this, as I described earlier in my post (2.): after turning the WiFi laptop OFF and ON, the card is seen in the system and is normal works. But after REBOOT the WiFi laptop, the board disappears and neither the BIOS nor the system (Windows 10-64) see it?
