Aurora R4 NVMe bios support

Updated BIOS file containing the following fix

Based on A11
- Native NVMe booting via PCIe adaptor
- Microcode fix for Spectre bug
- Updated NIC firmware
- Updated RST firmware to support RAID TRIM

Please refer to the link of the BIOS file as well as AFUDOS (need to run natively on USB-BOOT DOS and not DOS Box)

You may run it in Windows (x64) by typing
FWUpdLcl64.exe -f 8.1.70.1590_1.5MB_PRD_RGN.bin

I tried to disable MSR 0XE2 lock with this https://github.com/acidanthera/AppleSupp...erifymsre2 , 
I can find none "CFG" text in the txt file but a PE32 image section.
How can I disable MSR 0XE2 lock in this BIOS?

requesting bios with nvme support, also if possible to unlock Xeon CPU support. the URL that was posted online is no longer available and so far i only followed the cloverboot guide to boot from nvme. never modified bios and guide was little bit confusing. Thank you!
