Board: Lenovo NM-C711 (GS44D/GS54D), used on IdeaPad S145-15IIL / V15-IIL family
CPU: Intel Core i5-1035G1, S-Spec SRGKG, stepping D1
BIOS chip: Macronix MX25L12872F (16MB, 3V)
Symptom: onboard soldered RAM is faulty. System freezes with horizontal black lines on screen. Confirmed with MemTest86 - test consistently hangs around 83% with visible artifacts.
Request: I need a patched BIOS that disables the faulty onboard RAM channel so the system can boot using only the DIMM1 socket (if populated) or the remaining healthy channel. I found an "ALT_DIMM1_CH0_CH1_EXPERIMENTAL" file online claiming to do this, but a byte-level diff against my own dump shows ~48% of the file differs across 70k+ regions - way more than a targeted RAM-disable patch should touch, so I don't trust it's based on the same firmware base as mine.
Attached is my own verified original dump, read and double-checked via CH341A (16,777,216 bytes, matches chip size, contains valid Lenovo/S145-1415IIL identifiers). Could someone patch THIS exact file to disable the bad RAM channel, rather than pointing me to a generic pre-made file?
