Black screen after downgrading acer nitro 5

Device : Acer nitro 5 AN 515-43
OS : WINDOWS 10
I just downgraded the bios after getting advice from the Acer Nitro group on Facebook (from version 1.12 to 1.10), because there was a problem with my laptop's performance decreasing. Coincidentally, the device I was using was the same as the one in the video. Then I followed the steps, I did it with the laptop being charged. I watched the downgrade process until it was complete, but after the downgrade was complete, suddenly my laptop went black screen.
before downgrading I had tried the same method but with the bios version installed on my laptop (assuming to reset the version that was already installed) and it worked, but when downgrading to version 1.10 the above problem occurred

I have searched for a way to recover BIOS with a flash drive, but I didn't find a file with the .fd format, 
What should I do? Please help.
