Compaq Presario R3000, HP Pavilion zv5000, HP Compaq nx9105: 90nm CPU Support
#11
Now you need to find any motherboard with nForce3 150 that supports 90nm CPU.

In which sense?

I need find a model with exactly nForce3 150 that supports 90nm CPU in order to download from internet bios to extract (and copy) AGESA code?

You need the agesa for that chipset and that cpu? Is it right?

Also Motherboard for Desktop computer is good? (not only laptops)

No, but it helps me with making mods. And I need the proof of this compatibility.

No, AGESA is CPU related.

Any. But with downloadable BIOS.

The Gigabyte GA-K8NNXP has nForce3 150 socket 754 and support for AMD desktop cpu both 90nm and 130nm

Here it's "CPU Support" page: https://www.gigabyte.com/Motherboard/GA-...upport-cpu

I attach its last bios

Thank you

I attach last bios version of the Winfast K8N
This bios was released in 2006 and support 90nm CPUs

https://www.leadtek.com/eng/products/mai...84)/detail

The last changelog says:
"1.Fixed ADA3xxxAKK4BX CPUs show wrong cpu name."
It's a 90nm Athlon 64 and that indicates it's support for this cpu from April 2005

In the precedent changelog I read:
"1.Supports "SDA2600AIO3BO", "SDA2800AIO3BO", "SDA3000AIO3BO" and "SDA3100AIO3BO" "

So it surely supports 90nm cpus released in 2004 (as the SDA2800AIO3BO for example was released in August 2004)

However also the compatibilty nForce3 150 and 90nm cpu seems clearly to be existing

Have you any 90nm CPU with CPUID=010FC0, stepping DH8-D0 (Palermo, Georgetown, Sonora, Oakville)?
I found some configs:
HP Compaq nx9105 (BIOS F.34) & Mobile AMD Sempron 2800+ (CPUID=010FC0, Family 15 Model 28 Stepping 0)

Hi. No, unfortunately I have only a Sempron Core Roma 90nm stepping E6 and a Sempron core Albany, 90nm stepping E6. Anything stepping D0.

With this 2 in my R3000 cpu I get blank screen

The HP nx9105 is a rebranded Compaq Presario R3000 (same motherboard: Compal 08A0)
That Sempron in it is a core Dublin 130nm (same core of my Athlon XP-M)

That Mobile AMD Sempron 2800+ was SMS2800BOX3LB (Sonora, 90nm, D0, 25W) or SMN2800BIX3BA (Georgetown, 90nm, D0, 62W)
Current BIOS already has support for 90nm CPUs with CPUID=10FC0, stepping DH8-D0 (Palermo, Georgetown, Sonora, Oakville).

Your CPUs:
  • AMD Turion 64 ML-32 (TMDML32BKX4LD, Lancaster, 90nm, E5, 35W) has CPUID=20F42
  • AMD Mobile Sempron 3000+ (SMS3000BQX2LF, Roma, 90nm, E6, 25W) has CPUID=20FC2
No suitable microcode was released for them. They can work without any microcode.

Yes, you are right. Sorry for the mistake
So this computer already support 90nm cpu, but only DH8-D0 steppings....

So, I can't use anyway one of my cpu?
