Hello. I resolved the issue
I studied on the motherboard's schematic. It's a Compal LA-2392 (I attach this schematic)
I needed to remove on motherboard the resistor R364 (under the keyboard, under the 56k modem card). It's an hardware check that comunicates to the KBC what kind of power supply is used.
Now that error "Warning! This motherboard does not support 82W CPU!" disappear and operating system start well
CPU-Z (and also dxdiag.exe) recognise well the AMD Sempron Sonora cpu
Hope it will be useful for somelse.
Obviously that's not good if someone will put a real 82w CPU.
My Sempron has a 25w TDP
