So , have you tested throttle after flashing using modified winflash !
Note that a00 or a02 has the. Same options and i can inlock them too but first test the throttle in no 1 , 2 and 3
Also , it will be nice if you can upload some pics for the unlocked menus .

I will unlock a02 later time today as I'm replying using mobile now .
I will wait your reply too see if throttle is still found in no2 and 3

Ok in step 2 i just put A03 unlocked bios in the downloaded util and flashed it flashed very quick and throttle still there.
In step 3 running util (insydeflashx64.exe) i can see the file mod2.rom but when try to flash it says /There isnt any ROM file in the directory/ but yes i can see the mod2.rom in there.

Ok , i will look deeply into this when i go home tonight and upload another mod .
Also , the throttle still at 73c too!!

when using insydeflash64, we had to use the fd extension.

ALL I CAN SAY IS THAT THIS MACHINE IS THE OVERCLOCKING PARADISE 
WE WILL BEGIN NOW THE LEVEL 2 MOD REMOVING THROTTLE USING A GLITCH IN THE BIOS FLASH METHOD AS THE FLASH UTILITY DIDN`T FLASH THE PROTECTED PARTS AND THE EC FIRMWARE WHICH IS ALREADY FOUND IN A03 .
WE NEED NOW MODIFIED PWERFULL FLASH UTILITY TO FLASH ALL PROTECTED PARTS WITH THE MODIFIED BIOS .
I WILL UPLOAD UNLOCKED A02 BIOS AND MODIFIED A03 TODAY .

TRY THESE MODES UNLOCKED BOTH A02 AND A03 BIOSES WITH MODIFIED FLASH UTILITIES INSIDE IT ,,,,, DON`T MODIFY ANY OPTIONS IN THE FLASH UTILITY AND JUST CHOOSE THE FILE AND FLASH....................THE MODIFIED FLASH UTILITY IS ATTACHED WITH BOTH UNLOCKED A02 AND A03 IN THESE LINKS :-

Ok one sec testing now, yes the only thing i found with the original selection 1 unlocked A03 was the fan controls couldnt not be changed.
Can i ask how you went about the modification? What routine in SetupUtility has the check, which opcode was patched, etc.
Or did you just unlock the locked parts!
Anyway back in few minutes

Ok First opt 1 A03 running mod insyde which has options now selected the fd file but when i hit start comes up with extra data input error! and therefore will not flash.
Same MESSAGE for A02

I HAVE TOLD YOU IN A PM THAT THE EMBEDDED CONTROLLER IS RESPONSIBLE THE FAN SPEEDS AND SOMETIMES THE THROTTLE TOO , IT SEEMS LIKE THE PROBLEM IS THE EC FIRMWARE AS IT IS NOT FLASHED WITH ANY BIOS UPDATE SO IT MIGHT BE THAT THE EC FIRMWARE WHICH YOU HAS NOW IS FOR THE A00 BIOS NOT THE A02 OR A03................I`M LOOKING DEEPLY INTO THIS , JUST BE PATIENT
I`M LOOKING IN A00 , A02 AND A03 ALL NOW TO SEE IF I CAN ADD 580M GPU SUPPORT TO THE A00 .
ALSO , PLEASE FLASH THE MODIFIED A00 BIOS ( MOD2 ) WITH THE MODIFIED FLASH UTILITY ( ATTACHED IN MY LAST POST WITH THE MODIFIED A02 AND A03 )
OK , LET ME MODIFY THE FLASH UTILITY NOW AGAIN ,WAIT FEW MOMENTS .
