Is it possible to have slic 2.1 on this bios?

Tried all loaders/emulators for windows 7 to no avail.

Sorry to disappoint but this bios doesnt have any slic to start with. This model was before vista , so theres no existing SLIC table and there is currently no way to mod dells that dont have an existing slic - Sorry!

XP doesnt use SLIC it uses SLP which is different

The SLP doesnt affect Vista/Windows 7 in any way at all

well something is because nothing is activating the bloody thing on vista or 7

Thats just cos its a dell , there are loaders out there but its a matter of trying as many as you can till you find one that works for you!
