Dell Inspiron 3656 potential

Hi!
I'm new to BIOS modding and in the process of building a few boutique custom computers based on reclaimed Dell Inspiron 3656 motherboards (AMD FX-8800p). The logo graphic is not finalized, but could someone of ye wise give me an indicator as to whether the splash logo is replaceable and if there are unlockable features like CPU and GPU overclocking and memory configuration?
