Hello, could 9th generation Intel CPU support be added to my Dell Optixplex 3060 SFF which has a H370 motehrboard chipset ?

Since the original poster seems to have gone missing, I thought I would fill in as I've having the exact situation here, thinking of upgrading my i5-8500 to i7-9700 on my Optiplex 3060 SFF.
Hope there's no stuff like BootGuard preventing the mod.

After switching to the i7-9700 cpu, the computer doesn't boot at all, upon press the power button lights up (amber) 1 sec then the PC shuts off

1. Download Intel ME System Tools v12 and unpack
2. Go to Intel ME System Tools v12\Flash Programming Tool\WIN64
3. Run in the command line with administrative rights and save results:
fptw64 -desc -d desc.bin
fptw64 -bios -d bios.bin
Zip and attach desc.bin and bios.bin
