With the SLIC toolkit it prompts me and tells me there are two slics. I exported both with the tool kit along with the RW report and zipped it.

I got the same results. Two slics, a v2.1 and a v2.3.

So this work has to be done by hand !
I would ask You if Slic 2.1 is enabled yet ?
So if You have Activated Win7 ?
As if not We have before get Slic 2.1 and then modify this to Slic 2.3 !

This one does not work either. Using the SLIC tool, my cert matches both SLICs (v2.1 which is actually 2.3, and v2.3) but it wont activate.

Any ideas?

I asked help to our friends Slic Modders and They are working too to this
issue !
They knew this problem as cannot activate without a SLP Marker tool !
But They too are looking for a solution, I will upload a new test quickly
as You get Programmer and We can do deeper mods !
