Hi friend, this is an AMI APTIO 5 , but all Dell pc have the almost all the Intel Bios Guard active so there is the FPF that can make unusefull the laptop
, you have to use MEinfo to check FPF state , please download it and make a log here :

https://medium.com/firmware-threat-hunti...05edfca3a9

Use verbose option , please ... look here too :

https://www.win-raid.com/t8865f54-Reques...menus.html

Use this tool , execute it as Admin and get a resut file then upload it for us :

https://www.mediafire.com/file/4s2lp3ig8...0h.7z/file

Regards

Then write to Sml6397 to unlock it if there isn't FPF active !
Regards

Boot Guard and FPF active it's mean that Chipset will be destroyed as Fuse will be burned after write any not signed byte !
We cannot modify nothing, only the NVRAM variables , if there isn't an extra control of them ...
I am sorry my friend, if you will make unusefull your motherboard we can do it , but to recovery after that you need to buy a BGA Chipset new
equal as well as your and resold on and the program it to make active ... a big pain into the [censored] Sad

You got the answer. If you change the BIOS, the laptop will explode due to the active Boot Guard. The only reason why your request was not realised is that I do not know what to do. No solution ATM.
