Desperately looking for MSI Fuzzy 690T BIOS.

I got my hands on a several of these new old stock cool AM2 mini ITX mainboards, already managed to fry of them, albeit indirectly, it was a bad PSU.

But even then, I just couldn't find any information as to how can I update the BIOS, support more CPUs, detect the full RAM size (typical MSI pain in the butt, dealt with it before)

Would anyone of you be of help? Thanks in advance.

My plan is to stack two of them vertically in a rack kind of thing.
