Hi,

I have an 890GXM-G65 motherboard that I want to upgrade RAM on. And I have a bunch of 2G ECC/registered sticks that fit in the slot.. but of course the mobo doesn't want to boot with those.

Is this a software lockout that can be bypassed (with a BIOS mod?), or is it a hardware limitation?
