Extremely slow boot times
#1
First off I'm not sure if this is a motherboard issue, BIOS issue or something else. But, I'm leaning more towards a motherboard and would like to see if anyone has any ideas on how to fix this problem.

I have a Lenovo P400 Touch. The main issue is that it takes between 1 and 10 minutes to show the Lenovo Splash Screen when I first power the laptop on. It is usually between 2-3 minutes but sometimes a little shorter and sometimes very long.

I am currently running Windows 10 on this machine. It is a clean install on a GPT partition using UEFI. I have done a complete format of my drive using DBAN and reinstalled Windows 10 to make sure there was no other issues.
Once it gets to the Lenovo splash screen it boots to Windows within seconds like it should and I have no further issues. I have ran full diagnostics using the Lenovo Support Center and did not find any issues.
Something stuck out to me while using Speccy; my motherboard model shows as “INVALID (U3E1)”. Upon searching this on the internet I have noticed that other people have noticed there motherboard model showing as this, but haven’t found a fix. They also did not note the extremely slow boot time.
When using the Novo (recovery button) on my laptop which used to present me with a boot menu to take me to BIOS, Normal Startup, Recovery, etc within seconds also takes 1-9 minutes. I have the most current BIOS for my machine installed and all the drivers are current.

Does anyone have any idea on how to fix this or have any advice? I have attached pictures of all my bios screens and a picture of my machine summary in Speccy.

EDIT: This morning after having the computer shut off all night it reached the Lenovo splash screen in only 8 seconds. Once it booted I shut it back down and turned it on again this time it took over 8 minutes.
