I am sorry this newbie question I have read the bios update documentation. Download the HP USB disk format tool and install it on hard drive. Opened the utility and select the USB to format. Tick the bubble for creating an MSDOS startup disk. Downloaded and unzip this DOS image on hard drive. Pointed it to a DOS image folder. It has completed formating my USB flash drive. Unhide protected operating system files in explorer to see them. Can't see three files on the USB. Just formatted.

I need reflash my Toshiba Tecra M5 laptop please help.Thank you
