Hi all,
it's possible add Ivy bridge CPU microcode to Bios attached below?

Adding microcode will not add support for new CPU.
Post a screenshot of Mainboard tab of CPU-Z.

Is there a way to make it happen? To add support the 3th gen CPUs? I think the motherboard does have the chipset!

Download BIOS for D2990-A3x and extract D2990-A3.UPD
Try to flash it by a hardware programmer.

So what I have to do is flash the bios chip? With the UPD file? This is the only thing I understood. And I can guess that flashing doesnt mean a simple usb stick.
