Fujitsu-Siemens AmiloPi 3540 bios unlock( donation )

Hi to all!
I have an Fujitsu-Amilo pi 3540 bios and try to unlock it ,mostly because i really want to disable EIST in order to use the Dual-IDA capability of the T9900 PROCESSOR(great core2-duo by the way)and give it a boost of 200mhz per core in multithread tasks and games,i use gtx650 as external gpu and the processor is struggle with multitask.
Trying by myself for long time to mod this bios(even triyng to track EIST in nvrm registers using SYMCMOS)but i failed miserably every time in understanding all the information .It is a pheonix bios.this is the original bios from fujitsu web page[attachment=10422]and this is the one that i extract from the laptop with Universal Bios Backup Toolkit:[attachment=10423].
Please help me to unlock this bios.Thanks.

The Pheonix Bios Editor open the bios,(finding some class module unsuported wich i skip),the problem that ia have is that no matter i try i don't understand the bytes from OLD1.RLS,STRINGS00.ROM and TEMPLAT00.ROM. .can't associate one with another in the HxD editor.that gives me a big frustration .i really need help,because i either brick my motherboard or unlock this nightmare bios.i never give up.Now change my mind,y want to unlock all the hidden option on this bios. i'm bad now!
