I'm still using this laptop but I have some problems with the amount of RAM.

I have 945GM on my motherboard

maybe you could modify my bios to use a maximum of 3328 Mb

windows only says - installed memory ram  3.0 GB , physical memory 2,99 GB

It's rather strange.
I think that you've made screenshots with 2GB installed only.

Win 7 Ultimate 32bit and Win 10 2021 Iot LTSC
thats screenshots from win 7 and installed 4BG ram
