HP 2140 mini, whitelist remove

I have a problem with my laptop HP2140 mini
when i bought it wifi module was removed and i bought a new one,installed and started my laptop but on the screen was this: hp error 104 unsupported wireless device
My bios sp43583.exe version f.03
and on another device(dell laptop) wifi module is working and it has ID

PCI\VEN_14E&DEV4315&SUBSYS_1508103C REV_01

I'm using 32bit Win XP

please help me to make my device work because i don't understand binary files

I saw old thread where someone upload link to HP 2140 f.04 bios with whitelist remove, but now the links are down. Could someone help me to unlock this bios?
