HP-Compaq CQ61-104SL whitelist removal request

can be modding the bios of my notebook( http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp51501-52000/sp51527.exe ) to remove the whitelist?
I should change the wi-fi card with a broadcom BCM4311KFBG

Thank you for the update! It's working on CQ61-125EQ which it have the same bios F.23 I updatet the bios and now i don't get that error. I was replaced the AR5007 with BCM94321MC and i was getting that error.

The wifi button is acting strange...(blue in on red is off) If a want to turn off the wifi the led is getting red (like it should) but immediately turns to blue (even if the wifi is off). Press again the wifi in turning on but no change to the led.
