HP DC7100 Desktop slic 2.1 request

I want to install windows 7 on this HP desktop and i'm looking for a modded bios to activate it

-Motherboard: HP DC7100 Desktop Minitower
-Bios Revision : 02.15 Rev. A (14 ago 2008)
-Bios Type :AMI UEFI
-Bios SLIC :SLIC 2.1
-Bios Link : http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp40001-40500/sp40405.exe

I am trying to do this one myself can anyone help ive tried the usual tools to do it myself but its a HP bios not award,phoenix or ami so i am not sure what i need.

If someone could mod this so that i can use VISTA & Win7 OEM a dell certificate would also be best or samsung ive attached the rom.bin from above link although other files are in the link above

please help be much appreciated
