HP DV5 wifi card compatibility

Hi @ all

First off i want to say thank you that i found this wonderful forum out there in the www
i have read a lot but for a newbie like me it is just too much Input

i Have a HP Pavilion Dv5 Notebook wich i wanted to upgrade to support the WLAN N standart (it has a AMD processor and chipset / WIFI Adapter is a Atheros AR5007)

I searched a lot in ebay etc to find a mini PCI e card wich will fit and work...but there is just too much out there

then i read something about that my BIOS will not allow to boot with a Wifi card wich is not from HP branded or something wich has to do with the HP spare part number....

and then i found this thread

and now i am really really confused

i really dont know where to start or what to do...
what are your suggestions?

that is the link to the bios and the bios installer (InsydeFlash)
it is an .exe wich extracts the Bios image ( i guess)
